Connecting Lusophone professionals
A London-based network for lawyers, advisers and consultants across the Lusophone world.
The Association of Lusophone Lawyers, Advisers and Consultants (ALLAC) is an independent professional community bringing together lawyers, advisers and consultants connected to the Lusophone world.
We create a thoughtful platform for connection, conversation and collaboration across Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions and the professionals who work with them.
Through curated events, shared insight and meaningful introductions, we aim to strengthen relationships across the Lusophone legal and advisory community.
Curated connections
We bring together lawyers, advisers and consultants with a genuine connection to the Lusophone world and a serious interest in building long-term relationships.
Thoughtful events
Our events are designed to foster real conversation — from roundtables and panel discussions to smaller gatherings that encourage useful exchange and lasting connections.
Cross-border insight
We share practical perspectives on legal, commercial and professional developments relevant to Lusophone jurisdictions and cross-border practice.
Community and opportunity
ALLAC provides a trusted platform for collaboration, professional visibility and meaningful introductions across London and the wider Lusophone world.
What we offer
Who ALLAC is for
ALLAC is for lawyers, advisers and consultants with a genuine connection to the Lusophone world.
Our community brings together professionals working across:
Private practice
In-house roles
Public institutions
Academia
Specialist advisory work
ALLAC connects professionals linked to Brazil, Portugal, Lusophone Africa and other Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions, as well as those whose work regularly intersects with these markets.
We are building an international, collaborative and professionally serious community — a space for thoughtful exchange, trusted relationships and cross-border opportunity.
Our community
Network
The ALLAC Network is the broadest way to be part of the community. It is free to join and open to eligible lawyers, consultants and advisers who would like to stay connected, hear about events and follow the growth of the platform.
Fellows
ALLAC Fellows are an invitation-only group within the wider community. Fellowship recognises professionals whose profile, contribution and alignment with ALLAC’s mission help strengthen the quality, credibility and development of the platform.
Leadership Group
ALLAC is guided by a Leadership Group responsible for supporting the platform’s direction, programming and long-term development. The group helps ensure that ALLAC remains thoughtful, credible and outward-looking as the community grows.
ALLAC hosts events designed to bring Lusophone legal and advisory professionals together in a thoughtful and practical way. Our programme includes panel discussions, roundtables, networking gatherings and other curated formats that create real conversation rather than simply crowded rooms.
Through these events, participants can exchange ideas, build relationships and stay close to developments across Lusophone jurisdictions and the wider international market.
Over time, ALLAC aims to develop a programme that is both locally rooted in London and internationally relevant across the Lusophone world.
